THE PENTHOUSE
Situated in the same grounds as Blencathra Barn, Saddleback View Penthouse provides spacious one-bedroom accommodation, ideal for that perfect romantic break.
The duplex accommodation is furnished and equipped to our trademark high standards, in a modern boutique style.
The funky, open plan living space with red leather sofa is on the first floor to take advantage of the stunning views over the Lake District.
Our Penthouse is no smoking. Sorry, but dogs are not allowed.
Upon arrival you will receive a Welcome Pack with some local goodies.
FACILITIES
Ground floor
A welcoming entrance room awaits your arrival at the Penthouse. This leads to the master bedroom with super-king-size bed, comfy chairs, TV and dressing room. The ensuite has a jacuzzi bath, integrated TV and walk-in power shower.
There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and basin.
Outdoor
Balcony access leads from the lounge, giving outside seating and views over the Pennine fells.
Parking is immediately outside of the Penthouse.
First floor
The first floor is a spacious open plan living area which encompasses lounge, dining and kitchen.
The main features of this area are the high vaulted ceiling with beams and the natural light that floods in through the windows.
The lounge area has a 50" smart TV, feature fire and red leather sofas.
The dining area has a breakfast bar with seating.
The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
